WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

           NTK Computer Corp. warranties all hardware purchased as an individual component for a period of six months from the date of purchase due to defect in the hardware.  If the item is not in stock, NTK will RMA the component to the vendor or manufacturer for repair or replacement. If the   component has sustained physical damage, the warranty is voided.  

 

           NTK  Computer Corp., will honor a full refund for any hardware that has no physical defects, up to 7 DAYS after date of purchase.  All software drivers and manuals must accompany the return as  well as the original box.  Any returns for refund after 7 days will be charged a 15% restock fee.  There will be no refunds after 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

      NTK Computer Corp.'s custom built systems have a full one year parts and labor warranty, depot NTK Computer Corp.  If your PC fails due to hardware defect, NTK Computer will repair at no charge to the customer.  However, if the problem is software related, the warranty does not apply.

 

Software purchased from NTK Computer Corp.,  may not be returned.

 

NTK Computer Corp., charges a minimum labor charge for diagnosing PC's.  There is a $45.00 charge on all PC's that are not covered by NTK Computer Corp. warranty.  This is subject to a higher bench fee depending on the brand and age of the computer.  The $45.00 charge will be applied toward repairing the PC, if the customer elects to do so.  There is no guarantee that data or software  will be saved by NTK.  We are not responsible for loss of data or software at NTK.

 

NTK Computer Corp., will charge a minimum of 85.00 for software related repairs.  This includes virus removal, spyware removal, reconfiguring Windows or loading and configuring software.      

Computers that are left for repair for over 60 days at NTK Computer Corp., will not be stored. They will be disposed of.
